No, pale grey and beige are the basic colors, however other colors are available on demand.
What is the warranty on the product?

Yes, in the case of a standard installation, the product is very simple to assemble and install. At the time of purchase, our retailer or distributor will provide you with the necessary information to install the dock yourself. They can also offer you their installation services. If you experience problems with the installation, we invite you to contact us directly via e-mail or through our toll-free number. How can we purchase the product? What are the minimum quantities? What are the methods of payments?
To receive accurate answers to these questions, you should send us an on-line quote request providing us with as many details as possible. Each installation is unique and depends on: where you live, method of payment, terms of delivery, etc.
How many cubes must I use in order to have good stability?
You must use three cubes wide for minimum stability. The average number of cubes used is between 3 and 5. Of course by increasing the number of cubes used, you improve the stability of the dock. The surfaces of our cubes have a special motif, which, under normal usage, are designed to provide an anti-skid surface.
Why buy a Candock instead of another similar product?
Candock will be the last dock you ever buy. It is virtually maintenance-free, eco-friendly, lightweight, economical, durable, and easy to assemble. Moreover, it can be modified year after year if you wish, or even given a completely new function.
Why choose Candock over an inexpensive low quality product?

Do not rely on price. Be very careful with low prices, which seem extremely competitive compared to the European or American market.

In the plastic industry, you have to be careful when choosing a product in order to reduce cost.  The companies need to reduce the quality of the plastic, make the walls thinner or using cheap unqualified labor for production or a combination.

Serious companies have warranties that support their claims and their quality while cheap low cost products don’t.

It is possible, however only if there is no ice movement during the winter. If ice conditions and weather permits it, leaving your Candock in the water will not only save you time, it will also save on fees associated with the removal and re-installation of the dock. If there is ice movement during the winter, it is highly recommended that your dock be stored during the winter.
Does the sun affect the product?
Candock's products are UV-resistant and the sun will not affect its properties in any way. Plus, its light color will assure you a comfortable surface to walk on barefoot unlike the black color ones often used by other manufacturers.
What kind of weather conditions can the Candock withstand?
As with all other types of floating docks, a protected area where waves are inferior to 3' or 1 m is recommended. We have however frequently witnessed our system withstand extreme weather and tidal conditions. Our modular system is of small size, allowing it to move easily with the waves, instead of resisting them. If where you are located, the waves are higher that 3' (1m), Candock docks are made to withstand severe weather conditions, although, you have to contact us to see how the warranty applies in those cases.
